- MHMary Huss6 days ago1.0I am a regular TK Maxx visitor, but on this occasion I had a horrible experience. I purchased several items and, at the till, the receipt machine was not working. The money was taken from my account, yet I was not allowed to take the items I had paid for nor was I given a refund! Since then, I have contacted both the store and customer service, and they have both stated that no purchase was made, despite the fact that the money was clearly taken from my bank account. I have now contacted my bank. And now I have to go back and collect the items. Extremely inconvenient.

The male staff member supervising the women’s changing rooms displayed an exceptionally rude, hostile, and disrespectful attitude throughout the interaction. His behaviour was entirely unprofessional and made the environment extremely uncomfortable. I was so disgusted by the treatment received that I left the store immediately without making a purchase. Completely unacceptable customer service.

- EPEthienne PapadopilousMay 6, 20261.0Store was refurbished, this did nothing to improve the staffing quality, on the contrary… a bunch of staff members were by the men’s shoe shelf’s badmouthing female colleagues and discussing what they would do to them; than at 17:50, there’s a long enough line of shoppers waiting to pay, some chap Rameez, decides to let one of his kind walk through the way you’d exit from the tills, to pay for her shopping ahead of the rest that waited patiently. This resulted in several people leaving without purchasing. Store managers as usual are busy chatting up or on their phones, so a training in common sense might be due for the lot of them.
